This information relating to you, your family and other members of your holiday party may include:

• Names, contact details, passport information, date of birth and airline frequent flyer details
• Credit/debit card or other payment details
• Special requirements for your holiday including any disability or medical condition affecting your holiday arrangements
• Dietary preferences and restrictions (which may disclose your religious affiliation)
• Travel preferences

We will use your information to process your holiday booking and ensure your travel arrangements meet your requirements and run smoothly. This will require us to pass information to relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport operators and companies providing excursions. These suppliers may be located outside the UK/EEA.

For your travel overseas, where required by appropriate government authorities or through exercising our discretion to assist, we may disclose your information for immigration, security and anti-terrorism purposes. We may be required to provide your details to security or credit checking companies, financial institutions and public authorities.
